| Room Setup and
A/V Needs
Meeting the following
requirements helps ensure a dynamic delivery.
Equipment
Myra will bring her PowerPoint presentation®
on her Notebook PC, as well as a back-up copy of the
presentation on a USB 2.0 Flash Drive. She requires an LCD
projector that is compatible with Windows '98/XP for her Power
Point presentation. Myra brings her own wireless remote
controler.
Please provide a wireless lavaliere microphone if you have a
group size of 50 people or more.
In Myra's Beyond WOW
Complaint Resolution sessions she incorporates a short
video into the training. If you have booked this session,
please have a TV and VCR setup for viewing of the video.
Room Set-Up
Myra's high-energy presentation style is to use movement on
the stage and to walk into the audience. For this reason, we
ask that you take this into account when setting up room and
A/V logistics.
Theatre style works best with groups of 100 or more attendees.
Classroom style works best with small groups of 20-100
participants and/or for programs that are over 2 hours in
duration. Half day and full day programs will contain content
your attendees will want to capture on paper, as well as
needing a place for beverages while participating in a program
of this length.
Stage Preference
Lectern: Myra does not require a lectern. However, we're aware
that her introducer may use one. If
you can place the lectern to a corner of the stage
(preferably, lower right hand corner), it can remain on stage
and not interfere with Myra's movement and slide presentation.
Lighting
A well lit room encourages your attendees to interact with
Myra, as well as her with them. A brightly lit room creates a
conducive environment for learning, whereas a poorly lit room
tones down the interaction and the energy level of your group.
Audio/video recording
No audio or video recording of any kind is permitted during
the presentation without Myra's prior written permission.
Please call our office for audio and video recording fees
and license information.
