We ask that you pre-purchase coach airfare after
coordinating travel itinerary with Myra Golden. Myra always
prefers the most direct route from Tulsa, OK. Please setup a
direct bill to your master account for a hotel room plus tax
and incidentals for Myra’s one night stay. We will invoice you
for additional travel expenses (taxi, rental car, airport
parking, etc.) If Myra Golden Seminars purchases airfare in
advance and invoices you, you will be billed a 25% surcharge
(of total air travel expenses).
