What I’m Teaching My Business Students This Week

I am teaching Organizational Ethics and Social Responsibility at the University of Phoenix. This week I am giving my students six ethical scenarios to review, discuss and draw lessons from. I found the business ethics scenarios so profound, that I decided to share them with you, my clients and readers.

In business, we are constantly faced with situations that have multiple right choices. We have a responsibility to explore each of those right choices and choose the best right choice.

Note: My teaching style, both with my students and with my corporate audiences, is to completely engage participants. I don’t do anything for participants that they can do for themselves. Rather than tell, I show. Instead of a lecture, I paint word pictures. This week’s scenarios for my ethics class follow my teaching style.
