  1. Myra – I was one of the lucky Managers that got to sit in on your seminar at the Edible Arrangements Convention. I was truly “WOWED”! I have never been so inspired and excited than I was after listening to you, and I have already started implementing many of your different customer service ideas. I wrote my first hand written thank you letter to a customer yesterday! (I noticed Benji liked that idea too!) We are holding a staff meeting next week, and I am very excited to share with our staff the many ideas on how to ensure we all make an “Emotional Connection” with each and every customer.
