My employee has completed 3 courses, but the system says “No courses completed.” Why is this?
If you’ve selected our Master Customer Service Course for your eLearning path, what you actually have is 10 modules in one course. The Master Customer Service Course is a Certification and in order to complete the certification and earn the certificate, Learners must complete each module in the course.
Learners don’t complete the certification until they pass EVERY module in the course. Once all modules are successfully taken and passed, the progress report will show 1 course completed.
You also have the option to assign users to individual courses. In the case of individual courses, employees get to see completion on a per module basis, rather than the entire certification course.
