Trilogy Health Services
For Trilogy Health Services, we custom-designed nine customer service eLearning courses. Trilogy required high customization to fit their customer base of residents living in their senior living properties in five states. We designed customer service training for nurses, CNA’s, and all staff. After customizing the content to Trilogy’s unique objectives, we outfitted the training in Trilogy’s exact brand guidelines, including using images of their employees and residents, and we delivered the nine classes in SCORM 1.2 format.

For Philadelphia Water, we designed a 14-module training to help Representatives navigate through complex calls. To understand Philadelphia Water’s unique challenges, we reviewed a dozen recorded calls and met with supervisors and managers to discuss hindrances to ideal interactions. We designed fourteen modules with high engagement to ensure employees could adopt and apply their new techniques for call control.
