  • Online training is completely customized to your objectives. We meet with you to learn about your challenges and your goals. For contact center clients, we like to review a random sample of phone calls to help us understand where you are today.
  • Flexible output.Your employees can take your new training right on our eLearning portal, or we give you the files in MP4 videos format for super easy production. If you have a learning management system (LMS), we’ll put the training in an all-in-one SCORM 1.2-compliant file. How you get the training is up to you!
  • Engaging online training.Our custom courses get your employees to take some action every 4-5 minutes. Your employees further engage through questions, drag and drop learning games, and quizzes. In SCORM-compatible training, we can add scenarios to increase engagement.
  • Fast design process. After a Discovery Discussion, where we learn about your challenges and objectives, we get to work on scripting and recording right away. We deliver completed courses to you within six to eight weeks.

GOLD COAST TRANSIT

For Gold Coast Transit, we custom-designed a 35-minute workshop. Gold Coast required high customization to fit the unique challenges COVID-19 brings, particularly when enforcing a mask requirement. We designed interactive video training for bus operators, and we delivered the workshop in video files.

 I am very pleased with entire messaging of the video. To date, I have watched it seventeen (17) times. Each time I eagerly look forward to each audience’s reaction. We have completed a week of safety meetings, three (1-hour meetings) per day, with one meeting left to complete on Saturday. Thus far, the responses have been positive, and appreciative that we are now providing training material on this subject.

Philadelphia Water

For Philadelphia Water, we designed a 14-module training to help Representatives navigate through complex calls. To understand Philadelphia Water’s unique challenges, we reviewed a dozen recorded calls and met with supervisors and managers to discuss hindrances to ideal interactions. We designed fourteen modules with high engagement to ensure employees could adopt and apply their new techniques for call control.
